Function of noodles hanging device
Noodles hanging device is made to put the cut noodles up to rolling pin, corollary equipment of dried noodles making machine.
Installation method
1, Link the angle iron of noodles hanging device with the hole bolt of noodles machine mainframe.
2, Use reel chain to link the flywheel of upper bar shaft with the chain wheel with noodles hanging device, and adjust the pressure sprocket to a suitable tightness.
Debug method
1, Pull the chain link with the hand, before starting, make the right and left angers symmetrical.
2, Boot to test pressing dough, according to the length of the noodles hanging, stop for chain adjustment.
3, If front part of noodles is long, adjust the two hangers upward, range half of the length (First half part length subtract the latter part length), namely half the length of the difference in noodle length, if the latter part is long, lower the dried noodle hanger to the same amplitude, make the rolling pin has consistent length.
